In November 2012, StewardEdge Inc. became part of the Reclay Group, headquartered in Cologne and with offices in Austria, Hungary, Switzerland, Czech Republic and Slovakia. The Reclay Group specializes in environmental and waste management services through its specialist subsidiaries.

By joining forces we have an increased capacity to provide clients with a wider range of sustainability services across a broader range of geographic regions. Globally, producers are increasingly taking responsibility for the end-of-life management of their products and packaging. Secondary materials supply chains are also becoming increasingly global. We recognized the need to be a truly international company to better serve the needs of our clients. Together we are able to offer a broader suite of services that will grow our organization into the future.

We believe that with this move we are able to better service our current clients as well as future clients whose needs increasingly span continents and not only states or provinces. We have a strong base of experience developing product stewardship and sustainability services for our clients.

With the agreement of StewardEdge to join with the Reclay Group, together we are taking an important step in the expansion of our business activities globally. Collectively, we are now able to offer transnational product stewardship solutions for our customers.
